Fake & Fraudulent Manufacturers

This is the place where you can gain access to a non-exhaustive list of manufacturers that claim they design and make the official ZORB^® globe. Generally all from China, these manufacturers have attempted to copy our design (which they have done poorly) and then sell these devices all over the world and on the internet calling them such things as:

"Zorbs"; "Zorb balls"; "Zorbing balls"; "Zorbb"; "Zorbie"; "Zorb spheres".

Obviously these are direct infringements on our trademark - ZORB^® - yet these counterfeit manufacturers pay no attention to this. They disregard all Intellectual Property rights simply because "someone else has done it".

The devices these fake ZORB^® manufacurers sell will often be very cheap (i.e. $1,000 - $4,000) and available for purchase direct from the factory or online through the various websites and eBay. It is as the old saying goes "You get what you pay for". Don't say we didn't warn you. The quality of these products and adherence to the safety standards outlined in the Code are poor, and we have heard numerous stories of some devices falling apart after just a days use!
