Fake and Deceitful Operators

Here you will find a non-exhaustive list outlining operators of globe riding sites that claim to be an affiliate of ZORB^®, or have infringed on our registered trademark in some way. This result in them deceiving customers (you) into thinking they are at an official ZORB^® site or have had a ZORB^® experience.

Often, these operators will have purchased a globe from a counterfeit manufacturer claiming their product to be a "Zorb ball" and thought that they could then start their own globe riding site without looking at, or even considering, the Code of Safe Operations. What does this mean? This will result in the operators having an unsafe site and using unsafe practices, which puts your life in danger.

What are some things that will let you know it is a fake operator (and not an official ZORB^® site)?

- Hay bales, posts or ropes to line the run
- The owner, operator, or employees running along next to the globe as it goes down the hill
- No specific track or safety barrier down the hill
- No safety requirements or equipment
- Not listed on our website
